"I spoke too soon, $2000 later car still acting up and in and out the shop for the past couple of weeks. Where I was told it was completely fixed last week and this week it started acting up again. Not satisfied at all. But the manager is nice. Just about the only good thing I couid say about them. Other then that not happy with my car still not being fixed the right way like I was told it was last week and after paying all that money. Smh!"

"I've been here twice in the last week. Great service both times. Came in with a tire that had a screw in it, called ahead and Jeff got me in and out within 20 minutes. Came back today for an inspection that failed at a different shop that was trying to rip me off and they confirmed that. Saw no issues and passed me. Great service. I trust everyone over at Mr. TIRE. I'll be back for future services."
"Went in because my brakes were making a funny noise and my car was skidding. was told my front brakes and rotors were completely shot and needed to be replaced (which is odd considering the recent thorough inspection of the vehicle). The mechanic told me the brakes were SO bad that he was scared to check the back ones or they might break too. spent nearly $1000 on new brakes are rotors. Got back to my regular mechanic who said the brakes are totally fine and the sound was coming from the ABS system. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I'd call them scam artists, but an artist would have more class."
"Not such a terrible shop I suppose. Maybe it's because they were short handed. Maybe it's the season. But made an appointment and they called me to pickup and settle up. I showed and they never even touched my vehicle. Maybe it was the online order, but they had no idea of my appointment or did they tell me they happened to reschedule it. I'm sad to say that I could have done my own tires but I wanted the TPMS to be addressed. It wasn't. I also requested an inspection. Unfortunately they said my rear brakes were the reason. They did not however mention how much to replace them or inquire as to my interest. I'll be doing my own work from now on. I get it. Things happen and typically I'm pretty understanding. If I didn't like the way my tires looked if have given one star. Take your business elsewhere. This place just doesn't hack it"
