"Very helpful staff! We went in looking for things to do in Blue Ridge, and the ladies there were very welcoming and helpful. Gave us maps (and even highlighted the locations for us, a member of my family is in a wheelchair, and they suggested handicap accessible locations for us) , panflets and other information about things we could do! Thank you ladies!!"

"This place is clean and there is the standard maps and tour packages on the wall. The one lady working was busy with an elderly couple. She was very polite and friendly to them but too busy for us. However, when we went to leave she practically jumped over the counter so we could sign her book and get credit for our visit."

"Closing Hour on Maps was wrong and we got there 1 minute after closing (5pm) Toni was locking up but immediately asked what we needed. Left 10 minutes later with pamphlets, map she drew a route on, suggestions on places to go, events happening and a nice cloth backpack. Wonderful experience!"

"The lady helped us more here than any visitor center we have visited. Clearly knows her business. She asked us what we were interested in and gave us the appropriate maps and tips on what to see. She was very nice. Good people personality"
