"The pharmacy seems to have trouble filling a birth control prescription in 8 hours. Not the first time this has happened. There is at least 5 staff in the pharmacy and it's hard to believe there is a line 6 deep outside and inside everytime you go."
"Worst pharmacy ever dr called in prescription at 9:45 am I went to cvs 30 minutes later and was told it would be 30 minutes I told them I could not wait. Checked when I got home on status it said it would not be ready until 6 pm. Totally unacceptable !! Sorry this is only pharmacy in my network."
"I would give zero stars if I could. I was in Blue Bridge for the weekend and needed an emergency prescription. The dr sent it to CVS. I was told by a representative that the pharmacy closed at 8. She confirmed the closing time twice when I asked. I arrived at 6 pm and the pharmacy was closed. The workers were there and refused to help me. Thankfully, the pharmacy at Walmart in Blue Ridge was able to help me. As a result, I did not have to go to the hospital. THANK YOU BLUE RIDGE WALMART!"
"Very disappointed in the pharmacy, 2 times this morning, I've been put on hold and then after waiting several minutes, I'm disconnected. I have a insurance question and no one will talk to me. The question is about my insulin so it could be life threatening. The pharmacy had changed from the insulin the doctor ordered said it was not covered under my plan, first time I used it for insulin and website list it for $69.00 without insurance I have insurance and they tried to charge me $433.00 for a medicine I wasn't prescribed , is this a scam, it can be called fraud. I'm cancelling this insurance from Aetna that is being processed by CVS Caremark."
"I love this location because of Lewis in the pharmacy. He is outstanding, informative, helpful and kind. Sherry and Matt are super helpful and great with customer service. Nicki at the main register is always happy and helpful. And the store manager, Chip, is a great manager and example of great customer care. All these folks are wonderful to deal with and super helpful to get the prescriptions out ASAP. Thanks to them all. Marsha Raeber"
