"We went with a party of 8. We weren't acknowledged at all. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk to get checked in and no greeting. There were two employees present,one girl by the sliding door closing the door after people came into the main room to avoid the cold from entering the room and a gentlemen assisting another family outside in the park area. Poor customer service. We ended leaving and went ziplining instead."
"Please ask how to exit in each level so you can plan, because the levels only get harder. I only made it to the 2nd level, especially if you're on the heavier side. I have short legs and arms, so using the zip was a little scary for me."
"Arrived at 3 20 pm and been told they they can not let my 12 y.o son go to the park because they are about to close!!! Great service. Stayed on hold for 25 min when was trying to call the customer service. Will never recommend it to anyone, never come back again. Good luck"
