"The escape room was amazing, me and my cousins had a blast in the bigfoot room. The game master (Lucas) gave great clues without giving away the thrill, the audio was crisp and clear. We bought tickets in advance but one of the younglings was too scared of the escape room. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you are in Blue Ridge. This is a Blue Ridge must."
"If you are not sure if they will be afraid and participate do NOT buy tickets in advance. We booked ahead of time our tour and my nephew was afraid to and didn’t want to participate so my brother in law sat outside with him. I asked staff to please refund us the 2 tickets and they refused to even consider, stating that the website said they didn’t not have same day refunds. Mind you, we booked 2 escape rooms for a total of 11 guest and in truth, this wasn’t a same day cancellation, as the remaining 9 guests did participate. Not exactly a “family friendly” venue. If traveling with kids, consider other excursions or maybe not booking them ahead of time and perhaps paying for them when you arrive. During Wizard escape room, moderator voice was very muffled and difficult to understand."
"The husband and I did both the Wizarding and Bigfoot escape. Both game masters we had were awesome!! The clues were very helpful and they would provide them if they see you struggling or if you asked for them! You could also request for them to not give any clues unless you asked for them! Very helpful and considerate for every type of play style! We only played with two people but we completed both with plenty of time to spare! Highly recommended!"
