Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Couldn't tell you about the food or atmosphere because this location randomly closes without warning, and without informing their corporate headquarters they have done so. Tried to give it another chance right in the middle of the day, but 1:30 on Thursday and it is locked. Oh, there are employees inside in full uniform, but they aren't letting anyone in or taking any calls. Last straw, guys. Not going out of my way to eat here, and will actively warn visitors away from here."

"I placed a mobile order and got a salad bowl and my gf got a rice bowl, on my salad bowl I PAID 5.50$ EXTRA for extra meat as well for extra lettuce and extra cheese which my salad bowl wasn’t even close to half Full!!!!!!!!!!! I just got ripped off by everyone there. the whole order was 35$ for my salad bowl to look like this? I even left a tip which my gf advised me not to cause that’s their job but me being the nice guy still left a 5$ tip making my order be 40$ and yet even after tipping them, paying extra for a 22$ salad bowl to come home and find it like this? I’ll never go here again and these are the kind of people who think they deserve a raise. Dude like can’t even get an order right. I shouldn’t have even tipped yall. you can literally see the bottom of the bowl. After 40$ I’m still hungry after dinner. Some establishment y’all have."

"Ordered online, headed to the store to pick up. No line in the pick up lane. Pulled up to the window and was greeted almost immediately. She was friendly and handed me the order. Food was hot and tasted great. I'll be going back. Only reason for four stars on atmosphere was due to not going inside."

"The service was ok. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy! No tables clean, I asked for someone to wipe them down and waited 5 minutes standing there holding my food for someone to come wipe them down. When they did, the rag was dirty and just smeared the food on the table and into the floor. The drink and silverware area, order counter, and prep area counters were filthy like they haven't been wiped down all day. I had high hopes for chipotle since it was my first time and I'm disappointed. I hope management will see this and get it cleaned up."

"Bowl half full, ordered double protein. Barely any rice in bowl. Postmates order and store hadn’t started order when driver showed up. (Postmates has a 15 minute wait time from when you place order until driver is assigned). Store seems new but unable to keep up with multiple channels which isn’t a bad thing but their district and store leadership should disable Delivery and Mobile Orders until they can keep up with demand. Would not recommend store in current state."
