"I had an appointment to get furniture picked up and out of my house by a certain time and now I'm going to be charged a month's worth of rent here because they didn't show up,and yes I have cameras no one came to pick up my furniture. No one called me to inform me they wouldn't show up either. I wanted to do future business but after this no thank you."

"They were helpful and polite. I think the manager needs to do better about calling people back when he says he will. I have been a customer for about 9 yrs now and have brought several items and have always paid them off. I have to say that the manager did me right about the livingroom set. I would like to say thank you !!"
"I set up a time for after 4pm because I work, they agreed and then tried to come around 1 on a Thursday. They said I missed the appointment time and they had to reschedule even after I told them I saw the employee put me down for 4:30 pm. They then tried to set me up for the following Monday. I told them that I would not wait that long. They set me up for the last delivery on Friday with no estimating time whatsoever and I was trying to make arrangements so that someone could be at my house so that I didn’t miss the delivery in case they did me the same way. The manager called me later on and said they had a cancellation for the same day, they didn’t show up until 7:30pm. They said it was curbside and could not bring it in and set it up as they usually do because of COVID. However, no one told me this was going to happen, in fact when I mentioned the stairs in my apartment the guy made a joke that he’s glad it wasn’t on Friday so he didn’t have to deal with the stairs. I had to have a friends carry it by himself and hook it up. I’ve been with them for years and have never had such awful customer service. I am very disappointed."
"I had a great experience with them. I had contact with 2 employees there. The first was a man who was a manager and he was very helpful. Then I was helped by an employee by the name of Kendra. She got me some very nice furniture at a very reasonable price and all with a friendly attitude and a smile. I greatly appreciate them and would highly recommend them!"
