"The food was disgusting overcooked hamburger ordered no cheese just pickle ketchup had cheese on it fries were so cold you couldn't eat them and wouldn't make it right"

"Service was great, lady at drive through was super nice. However this is the second time i have came to this location and they don’t accept my rewards. Lady told me machine couldn’t take my 85cent small blizzard coupon because of a problem with their system. Which i totally understand, but they should offer something free or a coupon for next time to compensate that problem on their end. Simply just not accepting the reward is not acceptable"

"I was raised on dairy Queen. Good food but they never got my order corrected. Sent it back twice and still I came back wrong. Ordered 30 dollars worth of food. Large pecan cluster blizzard had NOTHING in the middle to bottom. I worked there and we were taught to do half of a large then fill to top and mix the top and whatever can be reached. But bottom is nice. But what do you do when are traveling????? Not like I could come back for food replacement if I was a local. Why did I finally just leave with wat I had ? Cause the employees were rude. And didn't appreciate that I returned their mess up not once but twice . By the time I did all that my fries were cold and drink was watery . Wished their had been a manager there but was told she had stepped out and hadn't gotten back at the time . So I was stuck with food I didn't order. Over 30 dollars and burgers weren't correct and fries cold (that they tried skimping on the amount . A large is large not just barely enough to fill the container half way.sorry . ) So was extremely disappointed as I tracked my way back down the mountain."

"Not the best experience I've had in fast food. The restaurant is dirty, there is grime and some white liquid on the backs of the booths. There are flies buzzing around. The candy in the blizzard displays is so old that it's faded and sun bleached. I ordered a 4 piece tender basket and recieved 3 tenders and a pile of chicken scraps that must have been under a heat lamp for hours. They were dry and tough as leather. The basket was missing toast, but did include a small pile of cold fries. The toast was delivered later. Corporate should probably take a look at this store, definitely hurting the DQ image..."

"I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich w no lettuce. But what I got was a small piece of chicken that u could barely see on the bun with edges that was literally as hard as a rock. so by time I picked the hard piece's off I had very little chicken left on my sandwich it was almost like a chicken fry from Burger King. My son's drink had no sprite in it. It was only CO2. So you couldn't drink it. This is just rediculess , specially since the price of everything has went up. I ordered grilled chicken meal and 2 hot dogs ,fries, n drink and it was $22. I could have got a tomato sandwich at home if that's what I wanted."
