"Very good, traditional breakfasts and lunches with some worthy specials. Friendly, efficient service -- everyone seems to have a stake in the place really succeeding. Very good portions. Got a bacon and cheese omelet, and it looked like a cake that had risen, it was so full of bacon. Beeakfast ends promptly at 10:45a, so be aware. The place is known for its breakfasts, so wish it was longer or that there were some all-day items. But for a place with a small staff (and having worked on the line in restaurant kitchens), I understand."
"Good ole down-home breakfast for good prices. The service was amazing. Everyone had a great attitude and it was very welcoming! The biscuits and gravy are SUPERB!"
"Service here was great, very friendly— but not the best breakfast we have ever had. Pancakes and eggs were good; bacon and hash browns on the griddle a little long - crunchy, slightly burnt. Disappointed at 9:45 that they were out of sausage and the white gravy; these are staples of a Southern breakfast. We overheard the server tell another customer that “you have to get here early” to get these items and this “always happens” - well, if it always happens, then you can fix it!"
