"We had a "date night" dinner at The Oaks Thursday night - gosh, what a great experience. Server Michelle and GM Eric took great care of us - they were warm, professional, friendly without being "too much". We also really appreciated the menu: They've taken the approach, Less is more. That is, a limited number of items to choose from, but every one of them beautifully prepared. A perfect date night experience - we'll be back!"

"We went with our daughter and grandson. Eric had the chef make something special for our grandson. Everything was delicious!! Cocktails, entrees, and desert. The ambience and decor were excellent! Our server also very attentive and accommodating . We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place."

"So we made a reservation for second seating (3:15pm) on Thanksgiving over a month before. We get there and the hostess is all surprised and tells us she will “set something up” for us. Then we walk to the buffet what a surprise, the cold cuts an and cheese plates were almost empty, no plates of any size to serve ourselves. Finally we got some. The rest of the Thanksgiving meal was just whatever was scraped from the bottom of the trays, some dried out some cold. The couple that sat next to us 10 min later, were even more shocked and angry. They got steaks as there was no more meat at the carving station. It was so uncooked that they left it. Very disappointing. I do not recommend it."

"This was overall a good experience. The pork chop was AWESOME! It had a blueberry sauce that was delicious! Green fried tomatoes were ok. Fried pork appetizer was very good. Salad was good as well. Service was good and a nice view"

"This place is fabulous. From the ambience, the service, the meal and the dessert. Alexandra was the absolute best!!! The fillet was cooked to perfection, as was the bourbon braised short rib. The fillet was a special and had crab meat and a mustard sauce, with vegetables as shown in the picture. Oh and the drinks were very good too. Our friends has the Water Wheel and they loved them and took the recipe with them to Alabama. This visit was to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. We will definitely be back, even when there is not a special occasion."
