We are pleased to announce that the Covid-19 Vaccine has been approved for children ages 6 months old and up. If you are interested in having your child or yourself vaccinated, please contact our office at 718-513-6503 during normal business hours for further information.
In light of the ongoing pandemic, we are taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. If your child is not feeling well, please call our office to speak to a doctor before coming in for an appointment.
To better serve our community, we are continuing to operate during our regular hours while practicing social distancing measures. We kindly ask that all patients with scheduled appointments call ahead before visiting our office.

"I have been coming here as kid. I understand the wait can be long after the holidays and during this season. So, I waited around an hour to be called in to see my doctor. The doctor was kind and understanding where he listened to any concerns/questions I had on my annual check up. For my blood work, it did take 20 minutes where I had two veins blow out back to back. The pressure was too strong on my vein where two blue straps causing the vein is burst. I have included photos where it shows my two spots that has not healed and it has been almost two weeks now. I understand veins can be difficult to find, but it does find it frustrating when it’s more than one time since a needle is being wiggled inside your skin."
"Front desk workers, especially the woman with the short hair in a ponytail, are so rude for no reason and they are so dismissive. There is no reason why they should be rude to people, especially when they havent given attitude whatsoever."
"Depending on the day and time, walk-ins are quick some times too. Dr. Nancy ngai and Dr. Jason chen are usually the ones that sees my son on most occasions with or without an appt. It's a clean environment and the front desk and staff are friendly and professional."
"The female doctors are nice. Nurses are nice. Some of the the receptionist not so kind. Also they do not have a messaging system, portal, or online visit if any kind although the whole office is full of younger generation."
"Dr Chen and nurse Jenny are fantastic. Dr Chen takes the time to answer questions and listen to your child concerns - fantastic bedside manners. Nurse Jenny is friendly, great with kids and makes them feel comfortable. I do not recommend the other two doctors. Been lucky recently not having too much of a wait. Don’t be even a few minutes late, otherwise the staff will call your phone and yell at you. Staff has recently been less abrasive compared to past the experiences."
