"Great for the kids, elegant, unique."
"Beautiful store with lovely clothing for kids. However sales persons' attitude was very disappointing. I went to the store to pick up shoes I purchased online for my daughter. The first sales person told me that I hadn't paid for the product but I clearly had so I showed my order confirmation with my payment information. She still didn't believe me and told me to show my credit card statement which I also showed to her patiently. She still didn't believe me and escalated to her manager. Then I showed the statement to the manager but she told me that credit card statement could not prove my payment to the specific product and asked me to show her the order confirmation! It turned out that they didn't notice that I had canceled a reservation order and made a new online purchase for the store pick up. The manager sounded like blaming me by saying "so you made both online reservation and online purchase." Yes, I did but I did cancel the online reservation a couple of days ago so they should have noticed that instead of suspecting a customer having not paid for the product. The first sales person tried to make an excuse to her manager by also blaming me to be confusing. I might have not looked sophisticated enough to shop at this luxury store but these attitudes are clearly not appropriate for store which sells kids' clothing for hundreds of dollars. I usually go to the SOHO store and love sales persons there plus I love Bonpoint's clothing so much, so I will continue to buy their products but am definitely not coming back to this store."

"I like their merchandise and the sales people seemed nice. Window display is fun always. However I was promised that I would get a call after the holidays for their Boxing Day sale, I never got that call."
