"Besides one of the sonographers, this office is incompetent. They are money hungry. They do not provide patients with their lab results in a timely manner or take the time to speak to them about it. I am high risk and had to ask several times for my lab results. The girl at the front desk kept on giving me incomplete documents. I had to finally come in person and request my lab results so I could move on with my care. When I got there, the same girl at the desk gave me incorrect results. Like lady, can you read?!! I had to insist that she find the results, my child’s life depended on it. After much hassle I received them. But to be honest, i question the legitimacy because why did it take so long for you to get me my lab results. I would never return there. Be careful if you decide to go with them. Document everything!!! All interactions. It may be life saving in the long run."
