There aren't many gynecologists who take bedside manner into account (which is wild, because with a form of care that is so personal it should be top of mind). "I went here for a few years because it's conveniently located but that was a mistake because it's literally the worst doctor office I've ever been to in my lifetime. The RUDEST staff you have ever encountered - unless if you're Polish, then you get moved to the front of the line. Everyone else waits in this tense waiting room for over an hour. Last time I was there, after waiting nearly 2 hours (with severely low oxygen, mind you), and seeing them usher in Polish patients who had just arrived instead of the rest of us that had been waiting very long - I called them out on what they were doing. The supremely evil one (red hair, thin, glasses) told me that this elderly woman (clearly a patient) was a "drug rep". First of all, there was no way. Secondly, you're saying sales people have first priority over patients with scheduled appointments?! I demanded a copy of my records and told them I would never set foot in there again. This happened in 2018. I'm sorry it took me so long to warn everyone else about them. Please do not go here!"

"I've been going here for year's, I've always had a great experience, he knows what he's doing, he's very polite and sweet and he always gives me the best treatment course. The receptionists are rude though, so be aware if you come here to book your appointments be prepared to argue with the front desk staff."
