"I now find it hard to believe that so many people gave a 5 star review. I attempted to have my rug serviced. Call and spoke with David, then texted detailing my needs and received a quote. 2 days later I texted back asking if it could be picked up at a certain time, as I wanted to moved forward with the service. Perhaps he was upset that I took time to think about it before handing over my precious Persian rug but his attitude was unnecessarily harsh and he lacked any type of professionalism. He said they receive over 200 requests a day, delete texts and had no idea what I was talking about. But if this text is asking when you could pick up my rug and giving you my address, clearly, we’ve spoken. Very bizarre. And I certainly don’t trust giving over my rug to him. I think I was spared! Good luck to anyone else."
