"Too bad that all PSP customers can't shop at the Fishkill, NY, store. Excellent service and help. They always point out specials, they're always courteous and smiling. It must be as good a store to work in as well as shop."

"Excellent Service at Pet Supplies in Fishkill!! The manager, Ronni, was outstanding and provided great customer service. She assisted me with Origen Dog Food product and provided great feedback and suggestions. The young gentleman that first approached me and asked if I needed assistance was great too! He escorted me to the manager as he was working freight for the store, but was very nice and helpful too. I recommend this store highly!"

"They let their expensive cat grass die because they "forgot" to water it? That's what their job is! I went a week later to get fresh grass, still had the dead grass there & noticed the catnip dying, I said something to the cashier but no reply, people suck!"
