"The rooms are much smaller and more basic than they look online. They do not offer any form of dresser other than 2 small drawers that can fit socks and underwear. This place has the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in real life. They have minimal options for The continental breakfast offers minimal options and it will likely be gone if you are more than 1 hour past the beginning time of 7am. There are no real amenities to speak of at this location. Minus the a fitness center that has 4 cardio machines in a small room."
"This hotel is in a convenient location near plenty of shopping, dining, etc. The pictures are a bit misleading on room size and quality. They are fairly clean, but there are no real amenities to speak of besides being able to find edible food at the continental breakfast within a 1 hour time slot and a "fitness center" with 4 cardio machines. The bathroom in the room was the smallest I have ever seen, and there are no dressers, places to put anything out of sight."
"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel based on previous reviews. I was in town with a friend for a gravel bike event and we needed a cheap, close hotel for one night. The Wingate was very affordable. The entrance and lobby into the hotel looks a little shabby, but the our room (222) was more updated, very clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had real eggs and was perfect to fuel our day of riding. The front desk was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for the Fishkill area!"
"Centrally located to almost anything you could want or need. "Breakfast Buffet" was eh. The Belgium waffles were good. Eggs were bleh, sausage was eww...and tater tots tasted frost bitten. But there was a awesome gas station with plenty of options, and a diner within walking distance. Elevator had an odd grease/oil smell. Otherwise the rooms were nice and decent for the price and location. I would definitely stay again!"
"Well it started with first room we got, cable was going in and out, air conditioning wasn't cooling the room. They came to fix that, then the air conditioner started heating the room. Got a different room and the cable was working but the air conditioner was a little better but never cooled the room below 70 deg overnight. Mind you it was 59 deg outside this morning. I will say plenty of HOT Water and really hot no complaints there. This morning no hot breakfast, they were waiting on the "truck" to drop the food off?"
