"The hallways smelled like dog, Old appliances, queen size bed was a full. More like twin size. Bathroom, refrigerator, stove, Everything needs to be updated. I asked for fresh new washcloths and towels about 8am. Coming back to the room late, they were not delivered at all. We had to ask from desk the next morning. We never slept underneath the sheets. Just laying on top on them was enough. Feeling itchy and my child was so uncomfortable she just wanted to leave first sight. The heat/cold system was blowing the curtains in the air when we first entered the room. We had to stuff it on the windowsill for it to stay. To mention as soon as we receive our keys to get in they did not work. We had to go back three times to have the cards reset. 1st time staying in a Extended hotel and will not stay in one again. The only great things about it was the location. You have multiple places to eat close by. Some on walking distance. A movie theater and shopping outlet, grocery store(Walmart) etc..."

"This place was an absolute dump. Unfortunately I had to spend a few weeks there, because of renovations at home. It's basically housing for section 8. Rooms hotel hallways stairways were absolutely disgusting. Lines of Walmart shopping carts in the backyard. Place was a disgrace. I have a worker pound on my door at 1:00 in the morning to hand me sheets that I never ordered. With a dirty look on her face she walked away and never said anything to me. Also I basically had to beg them to come in and give me clean towels and run a vacuum through since apparently that's extra. Places in absolute dump. The best part is my key kept deactivating every two days. I was there for over 2 weeks, thankfully I was moved to a nicer cleaner more renovated hotel. I'll never go back there again."

"This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We called ahead to the front desk as we were going to arriving at 1 in the morning, they assured us it would br fine and they would write a note for the night staff. We got to the hotel and and apparently we were put as a no show even though I had already paid for the room. so the front desk had to re submit our reservation which took an hour and half while she had to call the manager to fix it. Then also they had to charge us for the pets which I was told was included in the room price but apparently was not, and it's a steep 25 per day, per pet. We didn't get checked in till 230 in the morning after waiting for an hour and a half in the freezing cold lobby, and they offered no compensation or sympathy of any kind after they canceled the room I already paid for. Room was sub par but clean, but definatley not worth the 740 for 4 days. I've stayed at much nicer hotels for much cheaper. Please do bit stay at this hotel unless you absolutely have too."

"The amenities were seriously lacking at this hotel. No shower gel, body wash, or conditioner. I had to ask for bedding for our pull out couch although we requested it to be there in the reservation. The breakfast was granola bars and coffee…. Very limited. We also had a suprise upcharge fee for having a dog that wasn’t talked about in the reservation process."
