"This location gives Bon Chon a bad name. I entered from the back parking lot OMG!!! the floors are wet and slippery and it smelled like old grease and spoiled milk. Get to the counter for pick-up it was pure chaos, get my order head to my car. My gut said check the food, cold soggy and the chicken had a smell as if it was going bad. Pull a piece apart and definitely old meat. I go right back in explain they offer me another order. Like why would I are you going to cook from the unspoiled batch of chicken no thank you. I request refund and that took forever to process. If you want to get sick this is the place for you."

"Go anywhere but here!!!! I placed an order for delivery on the 11th, delivery comes half of the order is missing. Of course delivery guy knows nothing. Call the store speak to Brielle shes having the most difficult time finding the order. Mind you I ordered online I have the receipt from the bag Im giving her all of the info under the sun. Finally shes finds it and says the bullcrap of a refund will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. The 16th I see a charge from BonChon I call receive apologies oh we will issue the refund. 23rd comes no refund call same story. Yesterday the 2nd I call again speak to Kin who sounded and responded like se was 8 yrs old totally unhelpful does not know what to do and finally says let me take your number. I gie her my number she says manager Ricky will call you back. Never receive call back. I call again today ask for manager Ricky comes to the phone and more bullcrap ensues. Ricky is gaslighting me so you orderered on the 11th of last month and you are calling now. He also is unable to find order in system hes asking who delivered doordash grubhub etc. IDK IDC its your establishment you dont know who handles delivery. Then he decides he needs to call Doordash etc etc etc. I still have not received refund, I called my bank and they will handle. The frustration run around the insulting questioning for a half delivered order and the legs that were deleivered were bloody the nerve of them!!!!"

"First time trying... I ordered a 10 piece wings & seasoned fries.The chicken was stale, dried out & salty. The fries were over seasoned & the girl that took my order was also full of attitude. Never Ever Again!"

"The chicken was good. Very juicy and well coated in the sauce. The fried rice tasted sweet and wasn’t well seasoned at all. The side of coleslaw is very tiny and not enough for two people even though we got 10 drumsticks. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place. Boom Boom chicken in Edison is a better value. And they have combo deals. I spent $43 for 2 people and it felt like a waste."

"I have to start out by saying that the food is absolutely amazing. However the poor service detracts significantly from the enjoyment of the food itself. In my opinion this location is understaffed resulting in long lines and mismatched orders. In addition, management hired "kids" no more than 20 to 21 years old who don't have the customer service experience to provide essential information about pending orders. Today I waited so long (around 1 hour) that I decided to just leave the store without picking up my order then charging the purchase back from my credit card company. When management decides to hire more and better trained staff I will return to eating here but until then Ill take my business elsewhere."
