"It took about 30 minutes to figure out that my daughter's insurance card was valid. Meanwhile, while my sick daughter was sleeping on the chair, I was asked to pay for this day along with the remaining balance so that my daughter could see the doctor. I just offered to pay the old balance but I got the answer no. Even though I have never paid on the same day, I encountered such a thing today and was told that my daughter could only see the doctor in this way even though she was sick. Moreover, I normally do not have cash and credit cards with me, I always use the payment method from my phone. They said this was not valid either. So, since I didn't have a card or cash on me, we almost had to leave the place without seeing the doctor after waiting for 40 minutes. My daughter is already sick, our psychology is upside down. My daughter doesn't even have the energy to wait. But this indifference and the obligation to pay on top of it... We came here for the first time when my daughter was sick. Normally we would come for general check-ups. But being kept waiting for 30 minutes when it could have taken 2 minutes to solve the greeting and insurance problem at the entrance. not acceptable."

"If I knew about this clinic while I was pregnant or after giving birth I would’ve taken my child there from the beginning. I love how Dr. Amanda Ball is very attentive, gentle and very patient."

"We have gone to the Fort Greene, Ridgewood and Bushwick offices. We love all the doctor we have seen, especially Dr. Amanda Ball. We continue traveling to the Bushwick office because she is so great with both of our kids. They are convenient, we needed to take one of our kids in on a weekend and they have open offices in downtown Brooklyn and they have all the information on your kids at every office. I highly recommend Tribeca if you live in the city and want flexibility but a great small office feel."

"Dr. Amanda Ball is my pediatrician for both of our kids and she’s honestly a rock star. She is amazing, positive, she has the best bedside manner. No matter how crazy my questions are she listens. I couldn’t recommend her enough. The cutest moment was when I brought my newborn she took a few minutes to just watch him in awe with me. It was so touching. I also especially admire the fact she administers the vaccines herself. It’s a nice touch I didn’t have in other offices. My kiddos are lucky to have her in our life."
