"My experience was on November 29-30,2023. Upon entering via ambulance until leaving off the ward, it was great. In the EMERGENCY there were very caring staff both the ones that worked with me such as Paola, Francesca, Kelly, Lurline (just to name a few that I remember) and those who were in my sight. Cleanliness, heart warmth, professionalism amidst the pressure and some disrespecting. Thank you so much"

"EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT! Doctors have been ignoring the requests for my child’s prescription for his DEADLY allergy. I’ve called constantly and my pharmacy has even sent in the requests but still nothing. This is heartbreaking"

"My daughter and I waited a whole hour for the baby to get his vaccines after the Doctor finish with her finish. The wait time it’s crazy. Especially that we come from Staten Island."
