"Hallway carpets are dirty need to be shampooed,they do not keep pet bags on the property like they should, and they raise your rent. Eagle Rock sold the property to River's Edge and everything that was supposed to get fixed is lost because they changed and have no record of it. The thermostats were to be replaced all the insulation in the baseboard is bubbling out since the beginning, master bathro vanity was damaged uponove in, shower curtain constantly falls down, the foundation in my apartment is cracking and a much more but they think it's okay to raise the rent every renewal by $100 and they only let you know two months before you have to sign which is not enough time to find another place. They say it fair market but the other properties that charge haveore convenient amenities like 24 hour maintenance elevator pool storage etc. Just my thoughts but I will be looking to purchase once my lease is up next year."

"I lived in these apartments for many years when these Eagle Rock shysters bought them. Things went downhill fast. They immediately got rid of the pool, which was an awesome thing in the summer. They fired Jon, the long time superintendent who was always there when you needed something fixed or got locked out etc. The maintenance really went down the tubes after he left. Then, they started charging residents this bogus "Water and sewage charge," which is based on the fine print in their terrible lease which strips you of virtually any rights as a tenant.The charge was about $350 every March, a complete BS scam. Then, several friends moved out of the complex, and they did the same thing to each of them. They kept a few hundred $ of their deposits for absolutely zero legitimate reason. Just enough so you won't bother taking a day off of work and bring them to small claims court. Just one man's story. Caveat Emptor."
