"I like the Dr.’s but if you cancel less than 24hrs you will be charged, no excuses, and if your show up 15 minutes late they will cancel your appointment on the spot, and still charge you. No room for error here. I think it’s bad practice. If you’re a repeat offender maybe, but I was not. I’ve been going for over 5 years. Most of the Dr.’s listed on the reviews below are no longer in the practice."

"My wife went here for a preventive skin exam, for which our insurance has a $50 copay. We confirmed with our insurance that we would need to pay the copay and that’s it. The office put the incorrect code (according to my insurance company). My wife called this office to get them to correct the code, but they refused. We ended up having to pay $117 for what should have been a $50 visit. I know it’s not a ton of money, but it’s the principal. They should have just corrected the code."

"I went in specifically for a full skin exam, which is considered preventive care by my insurance so I would only have to pay my copay. I told the office when I scheduled that it was a full skin exam and when I arrived for the appointment I mentioned AGAIN that I shouldn’t be charged anything beyond my copay, as it was preventive. After a month I got a bill, so I called and explained once again. I also called my insurance to confirm about being considered preventive care. My insurance said that the office used the wrong code, and that if they changed the code to preventive care they wouldn’t charge me anything beyond the copay for the visit. I called the doctor’s office and explained what happened and they said that they won’t change the code and that I have to pay well above my $50 copay for the visit. I do not recommend this office because it’s messy and they are trying to take advantage of people."

His entire staff is kind and compassionate. You’re not just a number in his office, they really care about their patients."
