"I usually have a lot of trouble giving blood, as I have very small veins and they roll. I was very happily surprised today that Leo not only got the blood on the first try, but I barely felt the needle going in. He was also very pleasant and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks Leo!"

"Worst experience ever, horrible customer service and poor hygiene. The person who drew my blood took the needle out and poked me several times (with the same needle) and even wiped the tip of the needle with the guaze before putting the needle in me. It is unprofessional and not hygienic. I expressed I was not comfortable at the time, she ignored and said "it's okay because it's your needle. I don't have any more butterfly needle so I have to reuse". I called quest to submit complaint, but only automated calls available so could not do it. I now have scar tissues formed."

"Quest is not covered by insurance but we decided to pay out of pocket rather than go to LabCorp again because we always have a terrible experience there. Quest Red Bank is awesome. They have actual appointments and we always wait about 5 minutes to be seen. The office is much cleaner and nicer. I didn't catch the nurse's name today but she was amazing. We had to get blood tests for my 3 yr old (her first time) and my 11 month old (who has to get tested frequently). The nurse explained what she was doing and my 3 yr old didn't even cry. The 11 month old whose veins are notoriously difficult to find was done in one try. The last trip to LabCorp we waited almost 3 hours and by the time my daughter was seen she was dehydrated and they couldn't get any blood. We had to go back the next day and wait another 2 hours and it still took them a few tries. I will gladly pay to go to Quest from now on."

"I went to this location for some bloodwork. I had made an online appointment today morning and was lucky enough to get a spot today itself. I was greeted immediately after my check-in in the lobby by Leon, my phlebotomist for today who took me to the room and was extremely polite and courteous. He was very gentle and my vein being smaller, he chose a smaller gauge needle and everything was done in a snap, I barely felt it. The whole experience was very relaxed and pleasant, I would ask for Leon by name if I could!"
