"The responsiveness of this institution is unacceptable. There isn't a direct number to the office. It goes to a 3rd party answering service who then will try to call the office, and they never get through either. So they leave a message that never gets a response. So you call again in 3 days for the same results. So you call the pharmacy to see if they can connect with the Dr.'s office. They send a message. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care for patients is inexcusable. Just a sad sad institution."

"WORST THEATER EVER!!!! Do not come here . There could literally be a fire happening in the building and this organization wouldn’t cancel the performance just so that they wouldn’t miss out on some $$$$. It’s despicable . I watched a performance amongst hundreds of overheating senior citizens. I kept having to feed one ice chips to try and help out. Not to mention that there were no lights either. They used a rinky dink little flashlight as a spot light on the performer . I called for a refund and was told absolutely not . This establishment is an abomination. The fact that they felt they could let a performance go on while the theater was 95 degrees and almost completely dark is beyond me ."

"I don't know how this place has as high of a rating as it does. I can't speak for the seats down towards the stage but the seats up top are so small. My wife and i were so uncomfortable. It's tight in front and to the sides as well. Only reason i am giving it 2 stars is because the place is half way decent looking. If you are a big guy do not get tickets here."

"This is a beautiful theater. It's very open and spacious, with bathrooms and a bar on each floor. It has a wheelchair ramp outside - but no automatic doors, which made it a little difficult for my friend to maneuver her walker. I was there for the Air Supply concert. My seat was in center row C of the front balcony. This was a great seat with plenty of leg room, and a full view of the stage. The seats were wider and much more comfortable compared to a standard Broadway theater. I will definitely be back!"
