"My dad has been here for 2 days. All of the staff are very friendly and caring. My dad loves the care he is receiving by the doctors, nurses, and other ancillary staff. I am impressed. Very caring case manager explained to me all of dad’s discharge options. Even the food looks pretty good."

"I had gone to this hospital yesterday for a concussion check for my little brother. Said everything was okay that it was just a mid concussion but if his head hurt the whole day to bring him back tomorrow. Pass forward today. We went to the hospital because my brother had a headache. We waited two hours without any sort of check up for my brother's headache. When we decided we wanted to leave because we had other important plans the nurse walks in. We thought "oh okay she'll give him medicine" but no. She just checked his eyes, mouth, and felt the sides of his head, that alone took like 10 seconds. She simply said "he's fine." She didn't even offer to get medicine for his headache. Made us wait so long just for her say he was fine??"

"I had breast surgery at HMH Riverview, and just wanted to express how great the team there was. Dr Camal, Dr Borofsky, and the entire OR team were lovely and very professional, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the day of the procedure."

"Such a great caring and friendly staff. They help make you feel and ease and that you’re in good hands! Everything is run so organized. The hospital is so clean, down to the bathrooms! If you need to have a surgical procedure done, this is THE place!"

"I'm editing my review. The patient care coordinator took care of my issues and I had the most wonderful day nurse who really cared and took time to help me through the worst of it. My care on nights 2 and 3 were great and my surgery was a success. Worst over night doctor. I was admitted and they refused to manage pain with medicine that didn't have severe side effects. Go somewhere that will treat you with respect and not an inconvenience. They will tell you that you can refuse to be treated, so why the holy hell am I here paying out if pocket?!? Night 2 I was used as a pin cushion as they refused to believe me when I said I needed the best if the best to draw blood. After 6 failed attempts, they finally got an IVU nurse and she got it the first try. Had they not blown 6 other veins, life would have been much better."
