"I tried making an appointment but I had a hard time communicating with the front desk girl as her English was very broken. I repeatedly asked her to schedule my appointment but she was not giving me available dates. I don’t understand why a doctor’s office would have a front desk girl who can’t communicate with the patients. I called again and then a very rude lady picked up who sounds like she was sleeping on the job. Never ending up making my appointment and just by the phone calls I would not want to step foot in the office."

"Been going here for years! Its definitely one of my more favorite medical facilities. The staff are very friendly and personable. They take time to ensure your medical needs are being met. I much prefer this approach over my old doctor's office that didnt take the time to provide you with the proper medical care and just wanted to get you on your way as soon as possible."

"The wait for a doctor is extremely long. Staff is very rude. Patients and staff are walking around with no mask or mask placed under their chin. There’s not enough space to give 6 ft distance from anyone. Doctors recommend other offices they work in for privacy because the walls are thin and you can hear what’s happening with other patients. I will never recommend this office matter fact I’ve been telling patients of better doctors offices for more safer and respectful service."

"Let's start here the front desk seems to always have an attitude. The wait is ridicules then nothing sees to get done after the wait. They didn't do my test cause they told me my insurance does not cover it. So I called my insurance and they do. Then have me an appointment for my dr for 11:45 an he doesn't start to 1pm so I am confused how they have so many patients. I mean after this they will have one less patient cause I deserve better. My health is very important to me even if it is not to them ."

"The doctor Reyes great I like her a lot. HOWEVER, the office is so disorganized. The check out girl is super sweet but the rest of the staff is all over the place. I've made appointments for morning and I've gotten conformation calls saying my appointment is in the afternoon. I have called to check when my appointment is and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. The wait could easily be over an hour and a half when the doctor only spent 5 minutes with me on a typical visit. The staff takes forever to get the chart back to the dr, it just does not make sense at all. I don't think it's the employees fault. This place needs better management and better protocol for patient procedures. You can tell they dont care about the patients as individuals. My doctor is too good to work here. I truly feel bad for her. On my evaluation she spent about 15 mins with me but she really listened and made the best plan of care for me. I'm only giving a three star review because the office is horrible they honestly don't even deserve 1 star but the doctor herself deserves 4-5 stars"
