On 11/07/2023, after successfully passing all my exams for the DMV, I was initially congratulated by the staff. However, the situation took an unexpected turn when, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that I needed to return the next day with documents from an ophthalmologist due to concerns about my eyes. This sudden change raised questions about potential discrimination, especially considering that the individuals conducting the exams were themselves wearing glasses. Additionally, there was confusion regarding my smoking habits. Despite honestly admitting to smoking, the paperwork stated otherwise. To address the issue, I promptly visited an ophthalmologist on 11/08/2023, who provided documents stating that I passed the examination and do not require glasses. Excited about this positive development, I returned to CityMD Midwood Urgent Care - Brooklyn with all the necessary documentation, only to be told that I needed to repeat the entire process and pay an additional $110. This inconsistency and unexpected financial burden were highly frustrating. I have diligently prepared for the exams, dedicating significant time and effort to ensure compliance with all requirements. The conflicting information and sudden changes in procedure have not only wasted my time but have also cast doubt on the credibility of the process at CityMD Midwood Urgent Care - Brooklyn. I believe it's crucial for individuals to be aware of the potential challenges they may encounter when dealing with CityMD Midwood Urgent Care - Brooklyn. "Yesterday was my first visit to City MD. I was there for a COVID check up. I am pleased to say that the desk staff was so helpful and professional. They quickly registered me and accepted my health insurance. The medical doctor was knowledgeable, and polite. I was out of the office in about 35 mins. Good deal."

"Great experience at this City MD. My daughter had an ear stud embedded deep in her earlobe. I tried to push it through but couldn’t. The doctor (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name - Russian doctor, white hair) came in and looked at her ear. He was examining it and said “oh this is very deep, I think you have to go to the hospital and they will cut it out” and then immediately turned around and placed the stud in my hand!!! I swear, it was like a magic trick! Very artful doctor with incredible bedside manner (which I find rare these days.) He distracted my girl with the comment about the hospital and then pushed it right through. No bleeding, no damage to the lobe. Since I had already tried to remove it myself, I know how deeply embedded it was so I was amazed. Incredible experience all around. The office is clean, the staff were all warm and welcoming."
