"terrible, break federal and state laws. forge drug tests,loose drug tests at their own admission they lost dozens of patients drug tests for 3 months and didn't give those people their clean time. makes up contradictory rules and says its the state or the law. then ask and it isnt the law they lie t your face and hide behind pinnacle when u ask for their lawyer but in reality their privately owned by a guy with shady ties who owns 8 clinics. also multiple gun and bomb threats and the state forced them to have armed security for a while because of it. only benefit if its close to you and free if theirs literally any other option go there dont give this cesspool of medical incompetence and legal ignorance a dollar."
