"Just popped in to have my toddler daughter seen for flu symptoms. Fast and seamless check-in. CNA had us in exam room not 5 minutes later, he was kind and friendly and made my ill daughter feel at ease. Within 2 minutes of him leaving the NP, Jane, had arrived. I imagine she must have extensive Peds experience because she was absolutely GREAT with my daughter. No crying or whining despite the multiple intrusive swabs etc. Jane took the time needed to explain the diagnosis, as well as the course of treatment. Really exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return as needed."

"Very bad experience ,I saw D/r GOYAL For only three minutes. I felt very sick with 100.4 fever and very dry cough terrible sore throat and she’ll never give me another antibiotic or medication for my cough she forgot to send the cough medication prescription to the pharmacy, I got to call the urgent care four times spending over one hour on the phone, I teasted positive for Covid-19 and she never sent the prescription (paxloved) to the pharmacy so I got to spend more hours to call them again . what a horrible experience with that urgent care I would not recommend it for anybody I will never go there again"

"Had an initial establishing care appointment on 2/1/2021, that was rescheduled to telemedicine appointment because of the blizzard. During that initial appointment we discussed a clearance I needed for an upcoming surgery and other details. Dr. Moky explained to me that I would need to have an in person appointment to establish care and we settled on today 2/11/2021. Upon arriving to check in, I was told that I was not in the system, which is weird because I had an initial appointment on 2/1/2021, which I was in the system for. So instead of just leaving because they clearly are unorganized I stay to talk to “Dr. Moky” who states that I haven’t been there since 2019, which I had an appointment on 2/1/2021, so that was flag one. Then she states I’m not in the system, but which is it, have I not been there since 2019 or not, flag 2. Then she brings up that I need clearance for surgery, which is something we talked about in my first appointment, but I thought I wasn’t in the system, flag 3. Then upon trying to schedule an appointment she ask for my slip for clearance, which honestly is something that should not be discussed at the front desk, and according to her I hadn’t established care yet so why would you want that, shouldn’t the first step be to establish care? I would not recommend this place at all. Unorganized, no respect for privacy and straight up rude. As a healthcare facility and professionals, you should hold yourself and facility to a higher standard. Please stay away from this place."

"I had a great experience at HRHCare Urgent Care Center. I was greet by Yorbely and she gave me all the information that I requested. I noticed she is bilingual in Spanish and that day many people who were there spoke Spanish as well. Besides, she was extremely caring about my concerns and helped me beyond my needs. I definitely will recommend this center since I was helped as soon I walked in. All the staff that I interacted that day was courteous, efficient, and kind. Remarkably good experience. Thanks HRHCare Urgent Care Center!!!"

"my daughter and I visited this urgent care today and she was extremely sick with strepp. the staff were not only courteous but compassionate. they were swift taking her in for an examination and did a thorough job. they got 2 new patients today and I would like to say a special thanks to Sierra for her sweet bed side manor !!! this place is top notch !!! :)"
