"Very unprofessional. Tried calling twice to make an appointment and check if my insurance was accepted. After not hearing back for a week I decided to email them. I received an email back saying that I wasn’t called back because they were unsure if they availability for new clients. A simple phone call back to inform me of this would have been great. I could have spent the time waiting for a response contacting another therapist who WILL take me. Doesn’t create a welcoming experience."

Look no further, the rates were reasonable and in my opinion low for the care you receive.
