"Avoid the New City office if you are looking for a primary care doctor that actually provides care. Over the past 3 weeks I have been trying to refill a necessary medication and have left 3 messages for my primary care doctor at this office at different times of day, and my pharmacy has reached out twice with no response. I can't believe anyone could run a business like that."

"I had an 8:45 AM appointment for an echo cardio gram and a follow up with dr Bryan. I was done with the test by 9:15. Returned to the front desk and informed them that I was back. No one informed the medical staff of that and I waited approximately 1 more hour for my meet with dr Bryan. After asking again at the desk I was then called in after about 10 minutes. The echo technician as well as Kim the nurse were both excellent."

"Got me an appointment to have my pressure taken, HOWEVER, at 3:00- had not called in my medication. On hold for 30 min, finally went back to office to find they leave at 3 on Fri. Called the on call extension and they said the medication is “pending”. Could not explain and could not get me my meds- now have to wait until Mon- that’s not good for high blood pressure!"

"I have been using Rockland Neurology for many years. All those years, whenever I left a voicemail to make an appointment, they never returned my call. For the first time in years, they finally returned my call. I asked to make a follow-up appointment for next year, but the receptionist told me I couldn't because they were switching to a new system. It would help if you never told a patient you cannot make an appointment and to call back next year. Those appointments should be converted into the new system. Highland does not care about losing long-time patients"
