"Loved the experience, they are really welcoming and explain to you everything you want to know. I was in doubts because I read a lot of reviews about long waiting time but to be honest it wasn’t bad, regular waiting time. ( I had a previous appointment)"
"Besides the med tech seeming very nervous, uncomfortable taking vitals asking basic info, my main issue billing. I am still being billed for labs from my visit in November when I paid for the everything upfront, at the time of the visit. This was confirmed when I paid before my appointment and right after as I was leaving. The practitioner even mentioned sometimes lab bills get sent to the patient even when they’re not suppose to so ‘be sure to get in touch if that happens’ so they could take care of it. I have called, emailed, even gone back in over the last two months. Finally got the direct billing line and left a message. No one ever picks up the phone. When I went in person, someone assured me it will be taken care of and I don’t owe anything. Still getting bills from Bioreference. I cannot believe how much of my time hasn’t been eaten up attempting to address this issue! I notified Bioreference again, they noted it on the account so it would stop affecting my credit/end up going to collections as the bill is still outstanding from Nov 18th. Employees seem to respond here so hoping this will help rectifying the situation but it shouldn’t come to leaving bad reviews to resolve issues."
"I highly recommend this GYN clinic to women. The whole staff are professional, from receptionist, the nurses to the doctors are professional and Phenomenal. They make you feel safe and comfortable and answers all your questions, and will contact you immediately if anything is wrong. Just heads up they do not take metro plus insurance but they take any other insurance."
"Very welcoming conveint time their schedule allows me to visit and not take off work. The Team is nice and patient the atmosphere was relaxing and the wait didn't seem long."
