"Before they were doing great. Now they barely answer your calls/leave you on hold for minutes. Plus the caller sounds miserable & don’t bother calling whenever it’s heavy rain etc, they will say ok & then leave you standing for minutes for no reason not even a cab came. I called back & the same caller said there’s no cars around? Wasted my time for no reason, not even a callback to update me? Ridiculous service don’t bother."
"They left me in the pouring rain. The first car called and left..I was across the street. The second supposedly came, noone called. The phone reps all gave me attitude and then canceled when they heard me try to wave a cab down to escape a rainstorm. 30 minutes soaken wet. I wish I could give zero stars. NEVER CALL THEM"
"Waited for about 40 minutes for a car. After which I called back and was told to wait 15. So I waited about 30 before getting an uber. For those calls I made I was put on hold for upwards of 5-10 minutes. Oh and the driver never even showed up (the car wasn't for me and I never saw it pull up)"
"Absolutely horrible when I called for a car he answer with a attitude I told him where am at and then he said where to and I was asking my friend and he hang me up because I didn’t answer fast. So I called again and he said yes and I said everything again and he said oh okay with a nasty attitude, which I didn’t like so I called back and told him I don’t want it no more and he literally again said it with the worst attitude “okay ” hanging me up literally so fast. This wasn’t the only time it was multiple times but didn’t think about it too much til now it was the worst"
