"DO NOT RENT! They were very nice at first. One thing that I saw that was off was they went by the name Robert when communicating with me. However the payments were all to a different name under the name of Nikki. And Nikki would be the one respond to us under roberts name. Keep in mind Robert abs Nikki have two different last names which makes it very questionable. We then asked to rent out one of their houses and they sent us the lease agreement. The lease was poorly written. It had many spelling errors, extremely poor grammar. They also gave us a very odd payment plan that said we needed to pay a $1000 non refundable deposit over Venmo which then led my group and our parents to do further research into this rental. We found that they say they rent out a whole house but then give you just the basement and over charge by a lot. People also said they were scamming them and were nasty to them. I did not believe this until I told “Robert” or “Nikki” that were no longer wanted to rent with them. They gave us an extremely rude response. I tried to apologize for waisting their time and they responded with and even worse and ruder response than the last. Do not rent from them, most likely are trying to scam you."
"Pros: location to funtown beach and boardwalk, dog friendly (for nonrefundable fee) Cons: description is misleading, 4 bedroom is a converted basement, one extra small bathroom. Owners live above the rental which makes it awkward, claim to have covid19 certified cleaning however I witnessed a young boy and his mom as the cleaners, no ocean view, driveway for parking could fit a small car not midsized, utensils and kitchen equipment were dirty, grill broke first day (the owner told me two days before that it was working and ready to go). Central air is actually 5 window air conditioning units. Even during the pandemic there was no consideration for any type of refund. Never did find the outside bluetooth speaker system. The bikes for use were not in good shape and there was one beach chair to use. It is not newly renovated as there was "yuck" on the walls and floors. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the rental!! Would never rent from this place again!!"
