"My family and I had flight changes and decided to stay at this hotel for the night. We were picked up in the late afternoon by the hotel shuttle which dropped us off for our flight in the early morning as well. James our driver on the way to the hotel was great! He had the best people personality and were in conversation the whole trip. He showed us all the landmarks on the way and recommend food places to go to by the hotel. The hotel it self was very nice, in a prime location to Manhattan and great views. Check in and check out was a breeze. The next time I’m in NY this is where I’ll be staying!!"
"Location is great it’s just minutes away from the subway station, has some stores around if you need something urgently. Rooms were clean, silent and as a bonus we had some nice view from our window. Bathroom was also good, not small and had all the things you need. Breakfast was not bad as well: bagels, croissants, sausages and scrambled eggs, toasts with PBJ or Nutella as well as fruits and some veggie salad."
"This stay would have been a lot better only if the guy in the lobby was listening and not arguing on the phone about America getting involved in the war. The hotel was supposed to provide me service with shuttle service back to the airport. The time they gave to leave the hotel is actually the time I was supposed to be at the airport. The hotel front desk agent refused to listen to me because he was too busy debating on his phone debating someone about the current war issues. I stood at the desk for at 20 minutes before he even acknowledged me."
"The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the beds are hard as a rock, like sleeping on a hardwood plank. BUT I would still stay here again. The rooms were so quiet. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was delightful. The location couldn't be beat for accessibility. I felt very safe walking at night."
"Good position and staff very helpful. Location very close to two different subway and bus station. 15min to Times Sq. Complete breakfast and very clean rooms and structure. Maybe a comfortable lobby is missing and the building itself not so nice, but I enjoyed the stay with family and little children."
