"I came for a simple inspection. Something that takes 20 minutes. I was told it’s an 1.5 hour wait cause there’s two cars in front of me for inspections… okay not sure why it’ll take so long but no problem. I’m asked if I can leave the car, to which I say sure no problem. Then I’m informed if I leave my car and more people walk in after me for an inspection their car while go before mine. At that point I’m confused. The man was like it can take 5 hours if you leave your car because the people who wait go first. So then I’m annoyed. I say so since I’m not physically here, sitting and waiting, everyone goes before me? To which he replies yes, the waiters go first. Whoever is running this business is a moron. Why would I be asked to leave my car just for people who come in AFTER me to go before me? Not to mention all this hassle for a simple inspection? It makes zero sense. I’m glad I didn’t get serviced here and I would never even attempt to come back. Management needs to get a better system in place for people waiting if they want to increase their clientele. 5 hours for an inspection is pathetic and laughable."
