"As paying customer, with an appointment that drove over an hour to see their artist all we asked for is to be treated with respect. It is understandable if you’re having a bad day or running behind on time, but don’t take it out on your customer. It very easy to reach out to your customer and tell them that you are running behind, you’ll like to reschedule or keep them in touch with any changes! I gifted my fiancé a tattoo for his birthday and booked an appointment with Giovanni “Gio” for 1 pm. It was not our first time coming to him, and we were excited to have him do a second tattoo. We arrived 5 minutes early sat down and patiently waited. We waited a few minutes before my fiancé asked if he could look at the fonts on the computer. The front desk girl/ piercer told us to do it on our phone. So he did, 45 minutes passed, no one came around to check how we were doing or to let us know how much longer it would before he would be seen. We did not complain we sat and patiently waited. When she finally asked us what font we had in mind, she proceeds to screenshot the words from Dafont & manually resize them in word art. I see that some words are bigger than others so I ask her if she could make sure the spacing of the quote and lettering are all even/ the same size. She was struggling and didn’t know what she was doing. Then she stops, goes over to Gio and here he comes and address us with the nastiest attitude ever. It has now been 55 minutes since we have been patiently waiting for him. When he finally comes over… he does not greet us, he does not apologize for having us waiting for an hour. But he sure does tell me that “this is not a bakery, that a simple quote should not take this long to figure out.” So when he tries to go on the computer to set up the tattoo he struggles for about 5 minutes before my fiancé tell him to forget it. I do not blame him for not wanting anyone with bad energy tattooing him. Please do yourself a favor and do not come if you don’t like to waste your time. Not only are they all over the place, a rude artist is a reflection of the establishment. If you want an actual experience where your artist will greet you, offer you water, sit with you to review your tattoo idea, make suggestions, take your time into consideration and make sure that your tattoo comes out better than you imagine it please go to: “King of Queens tattoo shop” just around the corner. The vibe here is positive ask for the amazing Eric Luciano who took as a walk in after our failed attempt at ink fusion. He saved the day & showed us what customer service for tattooing should be! :)"

"Came in as a walk-in and got a septum piercing. There was a bit of a wait since they were busy but overall it was so worth it. Kester was so sweet and nice. I was super nervous but he made me feel really comfortable and he explained everything he was doing. He also answered the million questions my friend and I had.
