"I go in for a pedicure, and before I know it all this extra stuff is being done (I was in the middle of a green tea spa without realizing it.) I ask if this will cost extra, and the lady says no, but when I’m done, I’m charged $35 more! So $35 on top of a $55 bill. I tell them that I was told this wouldn’t be extra, but they do nothing to remedy the situation. I feel scammed; don’t go here if you want to feel the same as I do"

"I visited for a pedicure a few weeks ago as a treat to my last week before giving birth and had a very uncomfortable experience! The technician didn’t shape my nails or tried to cut them at all… all she did was do a massage for what she charged me ofc (and I agreed thinking “oh she is starting like this and then continue with the regular pedi”). She kept asking me like 4 times if i wanted another massage, painted my nails and that was all! at the end asked me if she could another dollar to my tip (already a 18% tip) to make it a round $60 instead of $59. All I wanted was to relax and didn’t want to get into a discussion but overall it was a really terrible experience and nothing at all Relaxing! I just wanted to keep my joy and think about my baby so I waited to share this review. Never coming back here of course!"

"For several years, I have always kept powder on my nails and have never had a problem. I got the same thing I always get and the powder kept falling off my nails, which then led to my nails breaking. I had to go back 4 times to fix them (one or two nails at a time) and each time, they made me wait long amounts of time (25-35 minutes) prior and pay to fix them! On top of that, they were so rude and accusatory to me, making it seem like it was my fault the polish kept coming off as if this was something I hadn’t done over and over again. I ended up spending almost the price of another powder manicure."

"After 10 years with my manicurist, I decided to try a new place. I googled many places, I read many reviews. I wanted to try Erica however, she was not available. I made an appointment with Dona and I was not disappointed. She is a very skilled and detail oriented human. I am very picky and she exceeded my expectations. I gave her limited instructions, I told her the shape I prefer and that was it. She gave me an amazing gel manicure and pedicure."

"Service was A+, but gel manicures are a solid D. I came in not even a week ago and my whole set that cost $60 has peeled off. Really disappointing and absurd for the amount you pay. Ladies are so sweet so I feel so bad rating so low, but hospitality isn’t worth a $60 manicure that can’t withstand a week. I also got a pedicure with the nicest lady ever but also had bubbling and chipping issues. Really sad:("
