Fancy Nails

"I didn't have a bad experience here, but I didn't have a great one either. My spa pedicure was very nice and my feet felt awesome. But my manicure wasn't really a manicure, instead I just got gel polish put on my hands without pushing my cuticles back, cutting my nails to the same size as the middle which is what I requested but didn't get, or anything that makes a manicure a manicure. I'm upset I spent so much money on this job and I couldn't express myself because no one here speaks enough English to have a conversation. I am sure they do nice work and maybe I just got an off person on an off day, but I'm disappointed."

"This is so painful. My gel nails were filed so low and so thin that they ended up breaking and bleeding at the finger tip within a week of getting them done. I’ll never return."

"I went here for the first time with a friend a few weeks ago. I got a regular manicure and it just wasn't good, but her gel manicure looked okay. So today I went in for a gel manicure and it was AWFUL. The woman doing my manicure kept taking phone calls and helping other clients while doing my nails, even though there were other employees who weren't helping other customers around. She didn't get off all the nail polish I originally had on when I went in and my manicure turned out dirty and uneven, even after me asking multiple times for it to be fixed. I eventually gave up on asking her to fix them, as they weren't getting any better. Would never go here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. "By far the WORST dip manicure I’ve ever had. The pedicure was okay. I got the regular pedi. It took about 30-35 minutes. My toes look decent. She didn’t do a top coat though, so they will probably chip. I have been getting SNS dip manicure for the last year and a half. I live in Arizona but was visiting so the past two months I used this salon. The first 3 visits my dip mani was perfect, maybe even the best. I went to the salon on Tuesday and the girls that did my nails weren’t working. Someone else did them. It took an hour and a half for her to do my manicure. She filed the tops of my natural nails down so much they starting to burn. Now they’re thin and will probably break. She kept putting my hands under UV light even without using gel. I thought about saying something but I assumed the girl had some sort of training. The nails have terrible shape. They’re all different. They look grainy, you can see the powder. Texture on top is not smooth. I got them done two days ago and the dip is already chipping off the top!!!!! UNEXCUSEABLE. Train her or don’t have her doing manicures she is clearly not educated on. Also don’t raise your prices and cut down your quality of service."
