"I was close to giving up on finding a good salon. My hairstylist of many years recently stopped working to stay home with her small children. As a result, I tried not one, but two salons in Warwick. One gave me an obscenely overpriced balayage mullet by an inexperienced stylist and the other turned my hair McDonald’s yellow instead of blonde. This was mostly due to them allowing a rude woman to barge in on my appointment (40 minutes before hers was due to start), which caused my stylist to essentially abandon me and my color process. Just as I was about to stop trying to find a professional salon in town, I decided to give Capelli a try. So happy I did! It was a pleasure to speak with Maria while setting up the appointment. She scheduled me with Karen. Karen listened to my concerns and made suggestions on how to achieve my hair goals. Karen was pleasant to speak with and attentive. I like how cohesive and friendly the staff were. While I was processing Karen was giving another client a haircut. One of the other stylists kept watch to ensure my color came out correctly. Celine the salon assistant was friendly and spent a good amount of time washing and combing me out once the color process was done. It was nice to see the staff all working together and appear to genuinely like one another. I’m excited to visit again in a few months. A huge bonus with this salon too is they sell Aveda products which unless you order online can be hard to find in the Warwick area."
