"Joanna is my fav tech. She does an awesome job every time mani or pedi, regular or gels. I’ve gone up to 3 weeks with my gels. It’s super easy to make an appointment and they usually run right on time or close. My only “complaint” would be twice I had an appointment with someone specific (Echo once and Joanna once) and they weren’t there the day of my appointment. No one told me so I had someone else those days. This photo is after 1 week. Still perfect!"

"It’s been less than a week and I’ve had 3 nails chip - it’s the SNS manicure. They looked beautiful! I really wanted to love this place. I’ve already driven once to fix one nail. I’m not driving back to fix them again. Over $100 in a day, you’d think they wouldn’t chip."

"Asked for pink ombre dip. Nail technician messed up a did it solid. They were going to charge an additional $15 to do ombre even tho they messed up. I said we could do French to fix it faster. Still charged me an additional $5.... The French is pretty bad way too thick a line for this nail shape. I should have watched her do it and corrected her since she messed up once already but it was too late. I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else."

"I usually never write reviews but my overall experience was so bad that I don’t want anyone else to experience anything like it. My appointment was for 3:30pm, came in at 3:26pm and sat waiting for so long that I had to go back outside to put another quarter in my meter. They apologized for the wait and I’m pretty patient and understanding because I work in customer service but I wasn’t seen until 4:11pm that I was seen. 41 mins is a bit excessive of a wait time, but I remained patient. I had came in with acrylics already on, wanting them removed and a new set. I had explained that over the phone when making the appointment. The man doing my nails — I believe his name was Jason, the owner — didn’t understand and thought they were my real nails but I was quick to correct him. After he removed the coloring he clipped the length and began ripping them off with the nail clippers and not gently either. I have a high pain tolerance but one finger had me jumping twice to the point he grabbed my entire hand and apologized. When he couldn’t fully remove them, he used a literal artificial nail to scrape off my old ones. Why he didn’t use a file or any other nail maintenance tool, I can’t tell you. It’s also worth mentioning that the man doing my nails was extremely inattentive towards me. He kept looking up at what everyone else was doing, not really paying attention to my nails he was supposed to be working on. It came to the point I actually looked over my shoulder twice to see what was going on. Also — he kept using a file to clean off the surface’s acrylic dust. The same file he was using on my nails and previous customer’s nails. After he was done prying my previous acrylics off, there was still left over glue on my nails but he began applying tips. They were very crooked, which I pointed out politely. It was at this point I was done and wanted to go elsewhere. I politely asked him to remove the tips he put on because I was uncomfortable with this place and wanted to go elsewhere. He did, but made comments the entire time while doing so saying that “this was a first.” Another employee even came over to try and talk me into staying but I didn’t want to. Glue was still left on my nails after leaving and I was charged $25 for him to remove my old set of acrylics when most places charge $10-$15. Not only that, I paid cash so I should’ve received their 2.5% discount but didn’t, so I was, what felt like, scammed twice. Finally, no surfaces were wiped down and sanitized in between clients. Please beware of this salon’s services."
