"Alora is a great Laser spa. Patty is smart, knowledgeable, informative, very kind, sensitive and listens to your needs. The girls in the front are sweet and helpful. I came to Alora to remove micro-bladed brows that turned black/grey over the years. I was told they would be fully removed after two sessions. I’m so happy and content with the results of my first session. I was nervous that they would fade to a blue color, but Patty got them to a perfect light brown. After that she removed a capillary under my eye. Both were very tolerable in the pain department. I was numbed before the procedure and once it started it was over fairly quick. I’m very pleased with my results and would trust Patty with any esthetic work I may need :)"

"Disappointing experience! Owner was late to start my service, she was on a call, she didn't seem prepared (like it was unexpected I came) and no apology. I expressed I had a committment after and hoped my treatment would have started on time. When she stated I was finished, I noted it was 16 minutes early as she told me I am free to go off to my other commitment. My treatment felt rushed and unkind. Nothing she did to me was explained, she states she has been doing this a long time and knows what is to be done. When you ask her a question, she seems bothered and gives you a short discourteous response. When I went to pay, I expressed my treatment was 25 minutes less time and feel I should pay accordingly. Owner stated, she got in all treatments in the time I was on table so it didn't matter and she will not adjust the price. I got to my car to see I had product still clumped on parts of my face and in my eyebrows. I paid her, no tip and will not be back. My facial results are good but I was not comfortable or satisfyed with the way she treated me, an upsetting situation one does not expect when going for a spa treatment.The receptionist was lovely and could see she felt bad for me when trying to get the owners attention to start my treatment and resolve at the finish, she almost seemed scared of the owner. The owner really needs to improve her customer serve manners. Its a nice spa, unfortuante!"
