"I bought some boots on the online store. They were way too narrow! I sent them back and went to Dr. Martens at Herald Square. I asked one lady that worked there, if she could suggest a wider boot in a size 10. She brought out a few boxes, and I took the Vintage Smooth 939 boot in what I thought was my size. When I got home I put the bag away until the next day when I was to wear them. I was so excited to wear these boots but when I put them on, they were HUGE! There was about 1.5 inches of space from my big toe, to the end of the boot! I looked at the box and it was an 11! I specifically asked for 10’s. She just wanted to make a quick $200 sale at my expense. I ended up going to the Lexington Ave store and exchanged those for the correct size."
