"For Christmas I got a Hoka gift card, and although I was not able to use this gift card in the store I received amazing customer service. Dayquan was incredibly helpful with helping me find the perfect pair of Hokas. I wanted to create a perfect rotation of running shoes and he was able to walk me through which ones he thought would be best for each run. He recommended a perfect pair of race day shoes and made sure I had all the proper information to place my order online. I also needed help finding the proper nutrition for my upcoming races, and he was able to provide the perfect recommendations. He listened to my concerns and I am very excited to try the products he suggested. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured into purchasing anything in the store. It was the perfect experience and I can't wait to come back!"

"I hate running but decided to willy nilly sign up for a half marathon and came here to get my first ever pair of real running shoes. I thought they were going to just measure my feet but they did a whole scan and sent it to me along with my feet stats; I didn't realize there was so much that went into this! After the scan, they brought 3 different pairs for me with insoles and made my try it on with good socks (so of course I also bought a pack). I enjoyed how I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, even the shoes, but I ended up with the shoes, insoles, and socks because they seemed like they knew what they were talking about and were so kind. I learned a lot about my feet and running during my fitting. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back to get more running goodies when the time comes!"

"Ashley provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a shoe store. She brought out 4 different pairs of shoes and worked with me for over 45 minutes until we found the right pair. She clearly explained which shoes would be right for my foot, and key differences between shoes I was considering (e.g., medium vs. neutral stability). I would highly recommend going to this location and seeing Ashley!"

"Stopped here today to exchange and pair the sneaker I bought about a month ago. Sam helped me today. She was so knowledgeable and patient. She walked me through all the best sneaker choices for me after having me stand on the plate. I'm not sure how long she's worked there, but I'd like to always have her help me when I'm there.
