"Absolutely horrible, bought a pair of workboots that had an obvious problem with the sole. The soles were making a funny popping sound and the tread of the sole was pressing into my foot. I was told thays normal, ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT NORMAL. The second worker in the store agread there was something wrong with them. I was told because i wore them they can do anything several times. Finally the worker called the owner and after me haveing to wait finally i was issued an exchange. I try to leave a the worker now tells me i do not get a copy of the receipt. Oh really so why do I not get a copy what is there is a warranty issue with these boots. This place is absolutely horrible will never purchase from them EVER again!"
