I called in from Chicago in hopes of ordering my husband a pair of capri sneakers to be delivered to his hotel while on a business trip. Ryan at Koio Soho was the best rep I’ve ever encountered (and I shop A LOT). They walked me through all the options for purchasing, and went above and beyond to help me coordinate options for delivering while being states away (literally offered to take them themselves after their shift— truly the sweetest person). They recommended uber packages and allowed me to share the ride with them so they could personally hand the bag over to the driver/track the delivery. My husband LOVES the shoes, and none of it would’ve been possible without Ryan. I loved Koio before, but after this will 100% be a dedicated shopper for life.
