"I have a very bad experience with them last time, they never come, when I call to dispatcher he says wait for more 4 min, but overall in this cold with my sick child waiting for 30 min. And when I call back to ask where is a car, they put on hold all the time ignoring you, why to make wait if car not coming, hi could say sorry no car for now, but no they always hang the phone, this is happening second time with them. I'm very disappointed with this company I was too late to go the pediatrician with my son. No more this company."

"DO NOT USE. I have given them thousands $$$ over the years and recently the service has become insanely terrible. I called today 9 am, 10:15 no one showed up still when I called they said “let’s agree to just cancel” when I was waiting to go to work. Terrible customer service just use Uber"

"Called 5 times today. Told I would wait only 7-10 minutes. 7:34am I called and the car got here till 7:58am. The person who I attempted to call kept on saying 3 minutes. Do the math it’s been almost a whole 30 minutes. Not worth the wait. Just order an Uber at this point . Their time is actually accurate and you wouldn’t have to encounter such a bad small business."

"I always take this cab but I’m fed UP! Today Called at 7:35 AM was told 7-10 minutes. After 15 minutes called back and was placed on hold for 8 minutes, then I got tired of being on hold so hung up and called back and the dispatcher placed me on hold AGAIN without saying a word then comes back to be SUPER nasty. Told me their busy and hung up. it is now 8 :22AM. Almost 50 minutes later the driver calls me that he’s outside. You think I would wait that long ? People have work and life to attend too. Late as it is I took a Lyft instead. What kind of people run this business ? Rude , unprofessional, zero communication skills and liars. Take your money to businesses that appreciate your loyalty cause this ain’t the one."

"It's a hit and miss with them. Yes sometimes they take longer than what they tell you. And yeah sometimes the driver want to charge you more. But when they do that, call the base and ask them for the price and that's how much you pay the driver. I've had that happen and called the base at that moment. Their prices are reasonable and I have called them to be at a place at a certain time. The driver got there 20 min. early and waited for me."
