"The receptionist with all the piercings had a nasty attitude, snatched my debit card out of my hand, this hasn’t been the first time. I’ve booked appointments there several times and she has messed up my appointments multiple times. I feel uncomfortable because I know she is bad mouthing me not to my face. She is very rude. When she doesn’t understand something, she gives a lot of attitude. Terrible customer service. I don’t think I will be coming back as long as she is working there."
