"Great experience! First time customer. I broke down in Union on the way to work and needed a tow. I called around to a couple local shops that did exhaust repairs. I called C.A.R. and talked to Joe. He was pleasant, polite, and very professional. When I arrived with my car he had it on the lift within a few minutes. He invited me to look under the car with him. He pointed out the exact components I would need to replace. He quoted me a price. He offered me a loaner car which I didn't need.They delivered the parts that evening and my car was ready the following morning at 7 am. Breaking down on the way to work was not fun. Joe turned out to be a genuinely nice guy and made the experience not as bad as it otherwise could have been."
